During the AromaBreathe sessions that I host locally in Kent at Bloomsburys Spa, I diffuse high potency essential oil blends into the room, near the body, to help aid and facilitate breathwork exercises. 

You can purchase these professionally produced blends to use at home in your own aromatherapy diffuser, during your own breathwork practise, or just to make the room smell incredible! 

Just a few drops are needed into the water chamber of your diffuser, and within minutes you will be experiencing an incredible body connection with the plant world, which will enhance your breathing practise.

FOUR unique AromaBreathe blends.

There are 4 different blends available to purchase. Each blend ONLY contains pure organic essential oils of the highest quality. None are diluted with vegetable oils or other materials. This means the high potency blends are not designed for direct use on the skin, although you can dilute them in a vegetable oil or add a few drops to your own skincare preparations at a rate of 0.5%.

Each blend has been professionally formulated to activate the body into responding a certain way. This may allow more physical opening in the body, or allow blockages to clear, giving space for positive feelings and emotions. 

These are the FOUR AromaBreathe blends:

Serenity. This blend is of great importance for reducing anxiety and tenseness in students new to breathing exercises. Inhaling the diffused aroma of this blend will calm and settle the nerves, give composure and readiness for breathing. 

Unity. This blend is designed to help with the opening of the airways, decongesting the breath pathways and clearing of clutter in the mind. The body becomes physcially and mentally connected to it's environment and open to learning. 

Creativity. This blend nurtures and uplifts the mind, giving inspiration to shape and achieve a personal breathing objective envisioned by the student inhaling the aroma. 

Tenacity. This blend supports and encourages the necessary energy and stamina required of more advanced or determined students to reach their breathwork goal, however big or small.  

Each AromaBreathe blend is kept protected in an amber glass bottle to stop sunlight degradation, and comes with a dropper insert and tamper evident screw top lid.
