Christmas UK delivery:

All UK orders for Christmas delivery 2023 must be placed by FRIDAY 15th DECEMBER. 

I will continue to disaptch after this date and last dispatches will be on Tuesday 19th December but cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas. 

All UK orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. If I need extra time to make a fresh batch of your favourite skincare products I will contact you directly with a dispatch date. This will usually only be a few days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (48 hrs from dispatch) – £3.65 – Standard UK delivery is a 2-3 day service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (24 hrs from dispatch) – £4.75 – Faster 24 hour delivery service.

Orders over 2Kg are dispatched via courier on a 2-3 day service.

European Delivery Courier

Orders up to £60 the P&P is £12.95. Over £60 the P&P is £16.95.

International Delivery Courier

Unfortunately I cannot deliver internationally at the moment as courier costs are prohibitively high.

During busy periods e.g Christmas, Mother's Day etc, delivery times may be longer and we suggest you place your order in advance to avoid disappointment.

Send them back and get money off!

Cut out the (recycling) middleman and send your glass jars back to I Am Natural to be re-used.
It's easy!
1) Keep the packaging your order arrived in. You can re-use this to return your empty jars.
2) Clean your empty jars (just a simple wipe will do, I'll clean and sterlise them). Make sure they are protected with eco-friendly packing and place them in your box. You can use old newspaper, toilet rolls tubes or old Amazon packaging. I'll re-use or compost it, so please no plastic packaging.
3) Email info@iamnatural.co.uk with your name, address and what you are returning. I'll email you a FREE postage label and Royal Mail will collect your parcel from your front door.
