We want the whole world talking about the menopause. 

At a Menopause Café people, often strangers, gather to eat, drink tea and discuss menopause.  

I volunteer for The Menopause Café charity and as a trained host I organise times & dates where anyone can come together to chat about anything you like menopause related. I look for venues that are comfortable and friendly, with an easy going vibe. 

The Menopause Cafe is:  

• FREE!
• Held in an accessible, respectful and confidential space
• Open to all, regardless of gender or age
• With no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action
• On a not for profit basis
