Using professional breathwork techniques combined with essential oil aromatherapy, Sheila and Esther will show you how to strengthen your voice, banish stress, energise your mind and reconnect with your body…all while having fun singing tunes you know and love.

No singing experience needed, just a desire to breathe, laugh and shine!

During this aroma immersive workshop you will:

• Discover what essential oils are and how to work with them for wellness and voice health
• Learn how it feels to sing without tension
• Reduce stress levels and boost your confidence
