Organic Balancing Toner

Description
A very refreshing and balancing organic toner which is great for combination skin. Free from paraben preservatives and drying alcohol. Apply a little to a cotton wool pad and gently wipe over the face.

Skin type: normal / combination.


Ingredients:
Rosmarinus officinalis (organic rosemary water). That's all!
